Payment

When you place your order your items will be reserved for you.  Your order will be posted as soon as your payment clears.  If payment is not received within 14 days your order will be cancelled.

     Australian orders:  You can pay by cheque, money order, bank deposit, credit card or PayPal.

     Overseas orders:  You can pay by credit card or PayPal.

Cheque or Money Order:  Print your order at the checkout and post it to us with your cheque or money order.  You may like to send an email to let us know that your order is on its way.

Bank Deposit:  Print your order at checkout; bank account details will be on your order form.  You can pay online or over the counter at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.  Please include your name or postcode to indentify your payment.

Credit Card:  All credit card payments are handled by PayMate Australia.  At checkout you will be directed to the PayMate secure site and your card details and payment amount will be requested.

PayPal:  You can pay for your order with your PayPal account, credit card or debit account.  You will be directed to the PayPal site at the checkout.

Shipping

All parcels are sent via Australia Post.  Overseas parcels are sent by Airmail (please allow 10 to 14 days).  All prices are in Australian dollars.

Australian Orders

Sock orders:  Postage for the first pair of socks is $4.50, each additional pair is another $0.50.

All other orders:  Postage for the first item is $2.00, each additional item is another $0.50.

Orders with a total value of $25 or more will be sent by registered post (no extra charge).

Overseas Orders

Sock orders:  Postage for the first pair of socks is $12.00, each additional pair is another $0.85.

All other orders:  Postage for the first item is $10.00, each additional item is another $0.50.

* Recycled packaging materials will be used when available.
